Marsha Balliram is a retired K-12 teacher specializing in English and Reading. Her students rated her
teaching abilities as 4.8 out of 5 and ranked her as a chili pepper. As a testament to her excellence in
teaching, her students always received the highest reading scores in the state. A natural leader, she was
repeatedly appointed as the Chair of the School Advisory Council and Grade Level Chair. She also taught at the college level as adjunct professor for English as a Second Language, and College Success Strategies.

Currently, she is the President of the Board of Directors Condo in Kissimmee and a budding
entrepreneur owning and operating Marsha’s Air BNB. She and her husband of over 45 years have
raised four well accomplished adults. In spare time she loves to entertain, decorate, and bake.

She is a published author on many topics in the field of education and speaks nationally on a variety of topics impacting education, leadership and the role of women in management and leadership.

Dr. Lillian Craggs-Dino is a nationally and internationally known Registered and Licensed Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN). She is the Owner and President of BariMet RD, LLC, where she offers Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Nutrition, Weight Management, Disease Prevention and Management Consulting Services.

Dr. Lillian is regarded as a forward-thinker and transformational leader in the field of Bariatric nutrition. She has written several peer-reviewed publications on the subject. She holds several elected positions across several professional groups including the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery (ASMBS) and the Dietetic Practice Group in Weight Management with the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics (AND). She is devoted to her patients, the field of metabolic and bariatric surgery, and her goal is to help those who suffer from the disease of obesity through holistic, patient-centered, and evidenced-based practice.

Shonette Paisley is a Senior Enterprise Trainer for the Sales Support Division at a
Fortune 500 Company. With 24 years of experience in the Payments Industry,
Shonette has led domestic and international teams, launched new employee
orientation courses, and steered thousands of associates into core product and
service training to be fully equipped in their roles. Shonette is culturally adept
and is most often sought out to train fellow team members in remote pockets of
the globe.

Shonette is the co-founder at EVS Kings and Queens, LLC where she fulfills the
roles of Chief Marketing and Communications Officer.

Shonette is known as an arranger who demonstrates excellent flexibility,
transparency, and organic problem solving. She has command and can steady a
room and calm a complex situation in a crisis.

Shonette received her Associates Degree in Criminal Justice and is pursuing her
