Dr. Suzanne Morrison-Williams also known as Dr. Sue is a Higher Education Professional Leader who leads teams to success based on training and education and operational skillsets. Dr. Sue has worked in several roles in higher education including Registrar, Faculty, Program Chair/Director, Dean, Director of Faculty Development, Campus Director, Provost as well as VP of Academic Affairs.

Dr. Sue is the owner of Dr. Sue Speaks LLC, an educational consulting which focuses on coaching women (especially BIPOC women) to become Entrepreneurial or Corporate LEADERS by developing and improving their management and leadership skills. As part of her coaching program, Dr. Sue authored the book, Bossladyship: Color me a Bosslady, which is a blueprint for women to develop their leadership skills. Dr. Sue is also a published author on many topics in the field of education and speaks nationally on a variety of topics impacting education, leadership and the role of women in management and leadership. In 2022, along with some other Bossladies (Dr. Gail Ali, Dr. Simone Arnold, Dr. Lillian Craggs-Dino and Marsha Balliram) Dr. Sue became a founding member of the women’s empowerment Not for Profit organization, Sisters Breaking Glass Together, Inc.

Dr. Sue is currently the Chief Academic Officer of a Florida-based library consortium which has over 300 members supporting more than 250,000 students. Dr. Sue is now an empty nester having sent her son off to college. She enjoys travelling and learning more so she can continue to grow as a leader and coach.
