Simone Arnold is a vice president of product management at Fiserv. Based in Coral Springs, Florida and with 27 years of Financial Services and Technology experience, Simone leverages continuous process improvement methodologies to eradicate defects, accelerate speed of product delivery for customers and provides best-in class products and services.

She is known as a people, product, program and relationship builder.

Simone champions the lions share of 24.7B transactions, $55.8T dollars in her role as Fiserv’s Merchant Acquiring product leader for the National Automated Clearing House Association (Nacha) network relationship with intense focus in compliance, implementation, monitoring, annual audits, risk assessments, risk avoidance, performance measurement and overall program and institutional effectiveness.

Simone embraces her passion to serve while living a life in motion. She is a consulting leader for her local chapter of Fiserv’s Women Impact Network and proudly serves as a mentor and sponsor to members of SOAR, Fiserv’s Black Associate Council where her goal is to empower and inspire others to press forward and be vessels for change.

Simone is a member of the National Women of Color Empowerment Institute, where she has served as a moderator and panelist. Simone is a member of Wnet, Black Doctoral Network and the National Society of Leadership and Success. Simone is an experienced motivational speaker and Founder of MotivEight, LLC, and was recently featured on Black Doctor’s Talk and ReimaginED podcasts. As a Champion for children with unique abilities, Simone has fought for change by sharing her son, Ayden’s story to the Florida Senate (SB48) aiding in the simplification of scholarship programs and the flexibility to meet individual needs.

Simone received a BA in Communication from Florida Atlantic University; an MBA from Nova Southeastern University; and a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix.

Together with her spouse, David, they reside in Florida with their three children: Ayanna-Mone’, Naiya Olivia and Ayden Antonio. The family adores their nine year-old Shih Tzu, Luna Sky Arnold.
